Instead of focusing on what you don't have, direct your energy onto pampering yourself. Make this Valentine's Day, and all of the ones in the future, about YOU! Not getting flowers from your significant other? Get them for yourself, and spend time thinking about how well-deserved they are. Get a massage, a mani-pedi and a 10-pack of yoga classes just because these things make you feel good.
Being your own valentine will feel liberating. The result of switching your focus from negative to positive will be feeling re-energized and empowered, increased self-esteem, and an infectious attitude that will cause people to gravitate towards you. Because ultimately, no one can take care of you like you can, and boy do you deserve it.
