Alanna Gardner, MFT
Alanna Gardner, MFT is a compassionate Individual and Relationship Therapist specializing in improving the relationships and quality of life of her clients. She has developed an expertise with individuals and couples going through life transitions, adjustments or crisis; couple & pre-martial counseling, and anxiety disorders.
Alanna graduated from La Salle University with her BA in Psychology. She then gained experience as a group therapist with Warren E. Smith Health Systems and Joseph J. Peters Institute in their Partial Hospitalization Programs before attending and graduating from Thomas Jefferson University. Prior to receiving her Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy with a concentration in Sex Therapy, she interned with the Council for Relationships at their University City and Institute for Sex Therapy offices growing her experience in anxiety, systemic, and sexual issues.
Alanna utilizes various therapeutic disciplines like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Positive Psychology to help her clients examine their problems and improve their situations through therapy. She provides a safe, warm and inviting environment for her clients to share and move forward with their therapeutic goals.
